  • Quickly display your gender composition by organisation, location, business unit, team, job levels (level-by-level, like-for-like), age and tenure for a rich and regular data picture. Functionality also includes gender target-tracking so leaders can see the immediate impact of recruitment and promotion efforts. In built permission levels lets you empower leaders to make informed decisions that directly impacts team gender composition.

  • Uploading remuneration data performs regular pay equity reviews to keep you informed about remuneration decisions. We give you aggregated data for the whole organisation, which you can drill down in to by location, business unit, team, job level, age and tenure. See where pay gaps exist in the business and build your own strategies to close them.

  • When performance ratings are linked with pay, you gain clear insights into how men and women are rated across the organisation. You can identify where performance outcomes may be biased and work to address them, faster. You can also view performance data by organisation-wide, location, business unit, team, job levels (level-by-level, like-for-like), tenure and age.

    HOW IS MY DATA STORED?
    All of your data is stored in three secure places:
    1. User data, which includes your email and password is stored in our authorisation system called Auth0. This lets us add/remove users based on your needs.
    2. Organisation data, which includes organisational structure, organisation name, and job levels use a system called mysql. This lets us copy your organisation’s structure to make it easy for you to make sense of your reports
    3. Sensitive data, this is all of the employee data goes in to mongo atlas. It lets us store the data securely.
    HOW SECURE IS MY DATA?
    We know that your data is important and confidential so, we take it seriously too. All of our systems are HIPAA compliant and have SOC Type II certification. This is really important to us and you can read more about these certifications,

    HOW DOES THE ENTERPRISE VERSION WORK?
    This simply means that you store your own data. We require a connection in through your IT infrastructure so that you can manage and own your data in-house. We run this connection through an API (Application Programming Interface), which allows different pieces of software to talk to each other.
    WHO CAN ACCESS THE DATA?

    We have included permission levels so that, you can grant business leaders, executive, D&I and others access to the data. You can choose to give them full access to everything, turn on/off team data, and also limit their view by turning off any pay equity outcomes.

    We know that data can be sensitive, so it’s important that you’re in control of it. You choose who sees it.

    It’s a bit like a waiter at a restaurant.

    The waiter takes a guests’ order, then delivers the order to the kitchen staff. The kitchen staff then make the food, hand the food to the waiter, and then the waiter delivers the correct food back to the guest.

    Once all of the pieces are connected, it will work perfectly.

    CAN I SHARE THE REPORT ELECTRONICALLY?
    Yes. Once you’ve uploaded the data, all you need to do is notify your leaders that their reports are ready for viewing.
    HOW OFTEN SHOULD WE UPLOAD DATA?
    You have the choice of uploading data either monthly or quarterly. Simply add your data to the CSV file and click the ‘upload’ button. Within seconds, your report is ready.
    HOW MANY LEVELS IN THE ORGANISATION CAN BE MEASURED?
    We measure three levels down in the organisation, which means that you get to view the ensure company data and two additional levels. We’ll help you set this up right from the start.

    Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. Examples of Personal Information we may collect includes: employee data such as gender, age, job title, remuneration, and performance rating.

    This Personal Information can be obtained by us through our customers’ actions in uploading such information from third party systems on to the www.pplytx.com website. We don’t guarantee website links or policy of authorised third parties.

    We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, providing information to our clients and for marketing purposes. We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us in writing.

    When we collect Personal Information we will, where appropriate and where possible, explain to you why we are collecting the information and how we plan to use it.


    SENSITIVE INFORMATION

    Sensitive information is defined in the Privacy Act to include information or opinion about such things as an individual's racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, membership of a political association, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of a trade union or other professional body, criminal record or health information.

    Sensitive information will be used by us only:
    • For the primary purpose for which it was obtained
    • For a secondary purpose that is directly related to the primary purpose
    • With your consent; or where required or authorised by law.


    THIRD PARTIES

    Where reasonable and practicable to do so, we will collect your Personal Information only from you. However, in some circumstances we may be provided with information by third parties. In such a case we will take reasonable steps to ensure that you are made aware of the information provided to us by the third party.

    PPLYTX Pty Ltd will not charge any fee for your access request but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.

    In order to protect your Personal Information, we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.

    It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date.
